These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.safarscents.in and your purchase of Safar products. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law, to purchase from this website.

3. Products & descriptions

Our eaux de parfum are described, photographed and illustrated as accurately as reasonably possible. Because every batch is blended in small quantities and every coffret is illustrated artwork, minor variations in shade, artwork and batch character may occur — that is the nature of small-batch fragrance, not a defect. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are MRP inclusive of all taxes. Payment is collected securely at checkout through our payment partners (such as Razorpay) via UPI, credit and debit cards, net-banking and wallets as offered. In the rare case of a manifest pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund the full amount paid before dispatch.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted, and a contract formed, when we dispatch your products. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, an unserviceable address, stock unavailability or a pricing error; in every such case, any amount you paid is refunded in full.

6. Shipping, returns & cancellation

Standard delivery is complimentary across India and typically arrives in 2–5 working days; express delivery to major metros is available at ₹199. 7. Safe use of fragrance

Fragrances are for external use only. Keep away from eyes, broken or irritated skin, open flame, and children. Perform a patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Ingredient information appears on each coffret in accordance with applicable cosmetics and labelling rules.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website — the Safar name, the सफ़र script, the compass device, the coffret artwork and illustrations, photography, text and code — belongs to Safar or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website: no attempts at unauthorised access, no scraping or bulk copying of content, no fraudulent orders, and no use that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safar's total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
